Title: Call routing when dialing 3 digit extension

Hello,

We have a couple phones that when you dial the 3 digit extension for them it displays call routing to that phone and their is a brief delay before it actually rings that phone. Any ideas as to why this is?

Yes, DEE is enabled for that station.
