Hello all,
We are looking for a Click to Dial solution for a our 3300 IP base systems. We currently have a web based CRM that the sales people use and they are requesting Click to dial, for example they see a list of clients they need to call from within the CRM, instead of manually dialing the phone number they just want to click the phone number have a window pop up and give them the ability to dial the number just like you can do on a blackberry or most cell phones. We are IP to the 3300 and then PRI to the service provider.
Does anyone have the type of solution?
Thanks,
Randy

This would be the first I've heard that. Plus I don't see how it could without a program interacting between a person's computer and the phone system.

Hi,
Click to dial feature really is a must-have for easier and faster dialing. Try checking out ***Blocked as spam****. It's a CTI that supports a lot of CRMs including Mitel, and has a lot of amazing features like Click To Dial Anywhere and Call Logging. That means you can click a phone number anywhere on the internet and it will dial automatically. ***Blocked as spam**** also has a cool user-friendly floating UI. Go to ***Blocked as spam****'s website at https://www.***Blocked as spam****.com/ to see all its features and how you'll greatly benefit from them.
Hope this helps.

MiCollab Client Basic (at no extra cost) should alllow you to enable the click to call feature. There is also ucadialer.exe that can called to dial a number automatically or a very simple SDK that can be used to develop a click to call application.
