MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Database Reporting - Extension Lists

On a system with ~50 extension lists, I would like to export their membership.
You can't do it directly from DB Programming, that I can see, so I am trying Database Reporting. But all I can get, no matter what format I use, is a list of of the lists, not their memberships. Is this the expected behaviour?

If I have two MiVB systems trunked together [not clustered] over IP, is DND state propagated/respected?

Mitel Software Applications / Changing staged recording location in MiVCR

We need to change the staging location for MiVCR in order to decommission some old equipment.
The settings are to Move and purge later.
I have changed the stage destination but when playing back old recordings, it still shows the old staging location.
What can I do to make MiVCR look in the new staging location when playing back old recordings?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Overflowing a ring group to itself

MiVB 9.4
I have a ring group that has been [probabiy inadvertently] programmed with an overflow point of itself.
The call rerouting for it is 1/1/1/All/1, ie just ring here forever.
It has no call forwarding profile.
It has no active features according to locate feature extension.
There is a mailbox with a matching number.
The mailbox forwards to email and the destination address is unique, ie no other mailbox emails there.
From the logs on the mail server I can see that it is definitely MiVB sending these messages.
From the subjects of the emails, I can find the caller numbers in SMDR and see that they rang this group.

So given all the above, how does the system know to send the calls to voicemail?

They kept this new feature well hidden, didn't they??? I stumbled over it when I clicked the pitchfork icon on a mailbox and had a good play about with it.
The customer now has a multi-level auto-attendant that they're happy with, and I am happy at how much easier it is to configure than ACD paths with RADs and PIDLs.
Anyway, my question is, can I get the transfer to an extension NOT to say "The user xxxx is on the phone" before playing the mailbox greeting, when they've put their phone in DND? "Suppress Prompt" is ticked.

Customer has multiple non-clustered systems connected with IP/Xnet trunks. They want to add some remote members to a ring group. Would I be right in thinking that External Hotdesk Users would be the way to do this?
I seem to remember that this required the callee to press a digit to accept the call when I tested on the PSTN but I assume this could be disabled as it wouldn't be necessary in this scenario.

Mitel Software Applications / Two SRCs, one MBG

Customer has a cluster of two SRCs inside, and all SIP users are connect through one MBG outside.
When programming SIP users I have to pick an "ICP".
What resiliency options do I have here? How can I tell the MBG to try the other SRC if the first choice is unreachable?

SRC cluster currently has both SRC IPs in the fallback addresses list.
If I put the MiVB IPs in there too, would the handsets try that if both the SRCs were dead?
It's a bit "corner case" but I am sure the customer would rather their handsets keep working without call recording, if both SRCs were dead but the MiVB was still on.

This clearly says in several locations in the documentation that it's not supported and won't work ["This will be addressed in a future release"]. Yet I have a customer with a UC360 that seems to record absolutely fine [and appears in SRC as a SIP device].
What are others experiences with this?

Using automated backups from SAD.

The web port is not the default and has been configured accordingly in the settings.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Troubleshooting MWI with embedded VM

Struggling with MWI keys for shared mailboxes, it's so random. Light comes on but won't go off, delete and recreated keys and mailboxes, light goes off and won't come on, etc. Infuriating. Rel 8 VMiVB.
Does this mean anything to anyone?:

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Ghost IP/Xnet trunks

On two different customer's clusters, one on 7.1 and one on 8, removing an IP/Xnet trunk leaves behind an alarm about "ICP Comms Card". Right now I have an alarm about three being unavailable, but there are only two systems in the cluster! Is there any other way to clear this?

13 days notice - nice! Is this for everybody or just certain Mitel partners? Are there Mitel partners who still buy direct? Wondering if this depends how big you are.

The distributors we use haven't exactly impressed since they've taken on the pre-sales role, so no doubt the support experience is going to be "interesting". It seems like they didn't have much notice about this either.

Any idea how to export/import this? I've got 50 entries to replicate and after saving each one it goes back to the first tab in the first SPP, rather than the one I'm working on...
