Title: Micollab - Zero displayed during a call in the uca client
Post by: Bluecom on December 19, 2019, 03:27:31 AM
Hello,
We migrated our micollab 6.0 to micollab 9.0 and we switched to the micollab client PC 9.0.
But now we have a problem with call recognition.
Before, when we recevied a call, the uca client displayed a number like this 0298XXXXXX which match with the telephone directory and personnal contact. Now we have something like this 00298XXXXXX (0298XXXXXX). the telephone directory no longer recognize the numbers (incall and outcall) and personnal contact no more.
We tried to change the CLID translation in micollab but it doesnt works.

It is a new feature of micollab 9.0 ? Where can we change that ?

Thank you.

Seen a bug prevously where incomming DASS calls showed the incomming number as 0x3645345578 as an example and the Micollab could not work out to remove the x that they insert, It was fixed in the next release.

Im not sur about the meaning of DASS but if we loose 1 gateways, all the calls come from the other.

We are in MiCollab 9.0.0.29-01 and I dont see it in the release note. What is your release please ?

Run a CCS trace on the Mitel Trunks Gateway and see how the number is presented to you

i think its just a bug with the 9.0 version. No problem with the old 7.3 PC client version ... i will open a case with the UK support.

Thank you for your answers
