Title: MiVCR - One Way Audio

Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I was curious if any has run into an issue with the MiVCR where it only records the internal people (Mitel users), and leaves out everyone else? Thus far it has only been reported once.

you have this issues from web portal , from application or both ?
