We have a couple console operators that handle all calls and when things get busy the phone just rings.  It there a code that we can program into all the phones in the area to pickup an  incoming call?  We have a few normal users that can help with the incoming calls if we can do this.  Any help is appreciated.  THanks!!

Not sure if it's been done on the other phones or not.  I haven't been here that long.  What i do know is that teh other phones work and they have a computer hanging off them as well.

I guess we can try the telelworker idea.  Does it matter what type of phone it is?  These are teh 5304 IP phones.  What would explain the other phones in the remote office working just fine???

Here is an update...We brought the phone back to the main office and tried to set it up and it works fine here.  What we are puzzled about now is why the other phones in the remote office are working.

Vlan is different.  The other phones are working fine but this new one is giving us option 128 missing.  Switch ports are fine vlan settings are correct.  We tried is a known good port adn stil get teh same message.

Do we need to setup teleworker if this is on our network?  That office is on our network just a separate VLAN.

When we try to hold down 7 during a reboot it doesn't ask us for Teleworker.  should it?  It goes right into the config.  WE have a netro E connection to this office over a certain VLAN

We have a remote office that has 3 phone in it now.  WE are trying to add a 4th and everything looks like it's setup correctly but we are getting the option 128 missing message.  When we look at the other phones, none of them say they are on DHCP but yet there is no static IP assigned either. Can anyone give me a little push on how to get this setup correctly?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!
