Having the same issue described in this old thread: https://mitelforums.com/forum/index.php?topic=5349.0  Killing the MiTAI monitor did not work, and I do not know the method to "do the same process on the vmemo task". Looks like that worked in the other thread: "killing the vmemo process for that line resolved my issue". My port is stuck "o", and I see an HPLAY:ERROR when I call it.

I have an upcoming maintenance involving a reboot in a couple of weeks, which should resolve this. But I would I would like to understand how to kill the vmemp process on port/channel 22

Hi All,

New IVR subroutine being built has an option to return to previous menu. Calls into IVR are coming in from multiple NuPoint Call Flows. I am unable to find a way to transfer back to originating call flow mailboxes. The closest variable I could find is <<PortDN>>. Any ideas before I reach out to Mitel support is appreciated!

Mitel Software Applications / Verify Qualified Harware Remotely

I am trying to verify an existing server can be upgraded to MSL 10.5 / MiCollab. The server is remotely located with no one available to look at it for me. Is there a way to get server make/model via command line? I can see processors (/proc/cpuinfo) and RAM (/proc/meminfo), but those are the only commands I could find.

MiVoice and MiCollab on two different subnets just started failing synchs. Ping tests good. Do they just use 443 (Secure MiXML) to synch?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Output to Syslog Server

I have a customer not happy with the 1000 limit on logs. They are requesting the 3300 logging be outputted to a syslog server. Is this possible??

Does anyone know where the MiCollab Client Softphone call recordings go? Docs show they are recorded on local PC, but I can't find it.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Embedded VM double digit issue

3300 (7.0) with embedded VM (front end); AA Option 2 (MB2 transfer only) transfers call to x100 (operator). Intermittent report of callers hears "you are being transferred to ext 22", "I'm sorry that is invalid". I can duplicate by pressing 2 for a couple of seconds. Is there a timer or setting that controls how long it "listens" to the DTMF presented? Anyone heard of this?

Is there a maximum number of Multicall keys I can give an operator? I have a customer who's operator has 5360 with 14 Multicall keys. Instead of processing the calls one at a time, she answers all inbounds as they come in, then places them on hold. She then goes back through them to process. After she gets 10+ on hold, her endpoint locks up and she can no longer process calls.

New install of MiVB with SIP MBG (Outbound Proxy) & Teleworker MBG in DMZ. Should I build the DMZ MBG network element as an Outbound Proxy or an MSL Server? Docs are a bit vague on this.

Mitel Software Applications / NuPoint w/Rec-A-Call Ports not in service

MiCollab/MiVB - Latest releases. New install licensed & for RAC. Mapping & NuPoint line group config completed. I thought I need to use 5240 & trusted, but the ports do not come into service.

Setting the ports to Full, gives me: IP Device 1 (Ext:6001) at location 01 3 01 001 01 Non-Trusted Device attempting to Register when configured with Trusted Service.

Setting the ports to Trusted, gives me: IP Device 1 (Ext:6001) at location 01 3 01 001 01 Trusted Device attempting to Register when NOT configured with Trusted Service.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / PMS Connectivity

I’m having an intermittent issue with PMS/iPocket connectivity to a 3300 w/Emb VM. One of our techs mentioned remembering an issue with quantity of socket connections on the past. I’ve never run into that. Any ideas/info? I see there is a maximum of three connections per system application, so that is (3) connections per socket, correct?

MiCollab/MiVB Site was just upgraded to latest versions. Now when ACD agents retrieve a call from hold the Caller ID disappears and is replaced with NuPoint Port Name.

Anyone else having issue downloading software? I always use the Mitel Download Manager, but today I'm getting permissions errors in IE, FF, & Chrome. Using http option for now...
