Dear all,
I have one of my 5320 IP Phone set is not booting completly.
When I power it up I can see there is power on it but nothing else, it not displaying nothing, not the boot up process, nor the version or DHCP discovery status. Nothing at all.
Is there anything I can do to restore it

Probably damaged display, I've seen few of these. I would try to claim warranty at the provider. If not under warranty any more, try to dissamble the phone and unplug and re-plug the display communication cable.

Possible, I will do that finaly.
I was suspecting someone to had unpluged it while upgrading flash.

Try booting into the maintenance menu (hold either volume key while connecting power), can you access the menu? If so, there is a way to delete the main load and force it to pull a new one, works sometimes.
