Title: MiContact centre vs MivB Basic ACD

Hi

I have a customer who is after the contact centre but has only 10 users going to be using it.  Im sure Mivb acd does pretty much the same but without all the bells and whistles and live reports.

Anyone know what the MiVB ACD offers that the MiContact doesn't and vice versa.

Are you talking about the MiContact Centre Software package?
MiVB ACD and MiContact Centre go hand in hand. MiCC is the reporting and realtime package component.
You can have MiVB ACD without MiCC but you won't get reporting and stats.

can you get any sort of reports off the mivb without micc

No, not that I'm aware of.
You need software to collect all the data to report on. There is nothing built in.
