I have a person with two phones, one on controller A extension 4627, the other on controller B extension 2225.
Each phone has a ring cont DSS/BLF of the other.
When a call (internal or external) is made to either 4627 or 2225, the corresponding DSS flashes and rings. However when you try to pick it up, you go off-hook, the display shows the line that you're trying to answer, but it never connects you to the caller and the DSS never stops blinking.
I plan to open a ticket on this, but if anyone has any ideas before I do that, that'd be great.
Both phones are 5220 Duals, and both systems are running 4.2. I've also made sure that within the Remote Busy Lamp form, they each have permission to watch the other one.

Does this go well whitin extensions in the same controller. I think the issue is inside your cluster. Try to look on RDN Synchronization.
