Hi
Does anyone have any recommendations for a handset for an extremely hard of hearing user? We have tried a 5320, 5330 and 5312, but they are not suitable.
Thanks

I've never tried it, but what about something like this in-line amplifier?

I'd be interested to know if this works with Mitel handsets. It seems to me that the Mitel handsets are different than others because I've had issues getting them working with other equipment. Any brave souls willing to try?

I wonder if a plantronics headset amp would work inline with the handset?

I've had good luck with headset inline of various manufactures...can't imagine it is different. The big possible problem is that the mainline headset folks have all the switches and buttons needed to support just about any phone out there.....

Hi
Thanks for your replies. I have ordered the following to test so I will let you know how I get on:
http://www.m2cshop.com/store/Geemarc-CLA40-vox-In-line-telephone-handset-amplifier-p-131.html
http://www.connevans.co.uk/store/viewProduct.do?id=588024
If the amplifier doesnt work, I will have to revert to the analogue phone.

SUCCESS!!! Both options worked, but the amplifier add on is more than adequate!
