I have a 3300 (no micollab or nupoint). When the pilot number is called it hits a extension 8000, if not answered it goes to a menu box with press 1 for this and 2 for that.  I can find the mailboxes for 1,2 ,3 of the menu.  The 8000 does not have a mailbox and I am having trouble finding how to change the menu.  I am used to mailboxes being on micollab and cant get this figured out.  Any advice on how to find where this mailbox is that controls the menu.  I am sure its right in front of me.  Thanks in advance.

At this location, we are not.  They are wanting to use teams to use the PBX to call out (mainly mobile and on the move users).  They do have the Micollab server running for the Nupoint and call director but that is it.  Going the Micollab route would require to get everyone on the Micollab client, using the deployment feature i suppose?  Then use the Mitel assistant in Teams?  I have never used call2teams before and I'm sure they don't want to pay for it with a micollab sitting there.  I will gladly take any suggestions.  I think the biggest hurdle will be getting everyone with a desktop client.   Thank You

I have a Micollab (9.6.2.9) and two 3300 controllers (ver. 9.4) that is only being used for the Nupoint voicemail.  I am wanting to integrate Teams into the mix and use the teams to call through the PBX and Micollab.
I am doing this very cautious due to not wanting to kill 200 voicemail boxes on the Nupoint.  How is the best way to bring the users with mailboxes over to the Micollab where I can deploy the desktop client.  There are two Mitel controllers and one Micollab in this setup.  The controllers back each other up.  Can I run the wizard and let it do its thing ?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 6930 phone rings busy but can make calls

MiVB 3300 9.1.9 version with Micollab    6930 phones  This is the second phone to do this ( it just randomly started).  The ext can make calls but when called internal it shows busy.  I have deleted the extension and built it back (trouble comes back).  The problem will follow the extension and not the phone.  I have made busy and reset in mait commands.  If you take it out of the multi-device user group it rings as should but when in that group it goes busy. The ext only has a appearance of her phone twice on the phone, no other extensions.  Anyone have a idea as to why this is happening?

I have a 3300 running 7.2 on PRI truncks   The admin mailbox gets the incoming calls and prompts the greeting of press 1 and such.  The press 1,2,3 goes to a voicemail box of 1,2,3 which is a information, extension or transfer only.  (all three types have the same issue). When the call is transferred there is a 5 second pause of silence then you get the transfer or mailbox greeting.  I would like to hear a prompt, ring back or MOH.  If you direct dial the extension from the greeting the pause is not there, just on transferring to the mailboxes.
This system has external MOH and it works on hold.
I inherited this system and have no idea why it is set up this way.
I have enabled and disabled  COS music on hold on transfer  on voicemail, PRI trunks and extension
I have tried turning the local music on hold source on and off  on  voicemail, PRI trunks and extension
I have turned the supervised and unsupervised transfer on and off in voicemail options.
I have seen that 9.1 has a enable transfer prompt check box buy I cannot find it in this 7.2 version.
I also noticed there is not auto attendant greeting uploaded in system audio source but don't think it involves this.

Thanks for any help.

I am putting together a new out of box 3300 mxeIII to have on hand incase of a failure for one on site.  Theory is in time of crisis I can take this one throw it into the rack and bring it up and restore data and get the customer back up and running.  Do you guy have any suggestions or how you handle this.  What all can I do to have software as ready as possible? Can I get to the same Version of the one I have working now?  I know most of this cannot be done due to the license and ARID's.  Just looking for what you guys do in a situation like this.

Hello all,

I upgraded three 3300's (not at the same time).  Two of the systems are good, however the one that had the oldest software 7.* seems to have lost the call forwarding feature.  Call forwarding does not show up on the phone for the users to forward.  It can be done in the system.  All three systems are at version 9.4.  I found a thread that said the main 3300 in the cluster controls the forwarding but cannot find it again to read it.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
