Mitel Jobs and Mitel Careers / UK Mitel Engineer looking to relocate to USA
« on: September 24, 2018, 07:40:31 AM »
Hello,
I'm a Mitel Engineer from UK exploring the options of a new role in the USA. This would obviously involve relocation.
Please PM me if you know a company (or a recruitment agency) willing to get someone on board.
Thanks

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 2 extension with the same number
« on: June 26, 2013, 04:48:43 PM »
Hiya,
I've got an odd request from a customer.
He's got xtn 100 analogue and 200 a SIP. I can put them both into a personal ring grp 200 and I can setup a multicall key on 200 for xtn 100. In this way, when someone rings either 100 or 200, both of them will ring at the same time.
In telephone directory, I only got 100 but the problem we have is when the user rings someone from 200 as this number comes up on their screen. There is any way to force both extensions to present ONLY 100 ?! I couldn't think of any way doing this. The controller is on v 4.0

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / mitel 5330 SIP
« on: May 21, 2013, 07:54:58 PM »
Hello,

I need to convert a mitel 5330 into a SIP. I've managed to do it but I can't figure out how can I put the settings (user name, password, SIP domain, proxy) in ?! When I try to browse to the phone, all I get is a webpage where I can choose the language and put the IP address of the TFTP server. The FW on the phone is R8.0.05.01.00.16.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / offline database with VMware ?!
« on: March 06, 2010, 06:07:24 AM »
Hiya,

There is a new solution from VMware for MAS MCD4. Do you know if in this way can you see the database offline ?!
Or there is any other method to do that? Would be handy to see the programming from another site as a guide.

Thanks!

Hello,

I'm new on Mitel and before I gain more experience, I've got a silly question. There is any chance to see a database offline, without being connected to the 3300?! Maybe with VMware or something like that. If I saved the database and I can't remember how I programmed something, it would be useful to have a look at that configuration.
Thanks a lot!
