Hello,
lately my 3300 web console has started not loading all of the components. it has the banner bar, alerts etc, but nothing along the left side. at one point it would show the menu on the left but would often not load the info into the primary pane at the lower right.
Have rebooted 3300, same results. tried in private browser, same results
using IE11 on windows 10

Clear your IE cache, and make sure the address of the 3300 is in Trusted Sites zone in IE.

Did you try IE in compatibility mode?

the latest 3300 firmware refuses to load in compatibility mode and states an error to that effect

You can get around it by using F12 developers mode and win7 emulation. After I used this once it opened fine in normal mode....

Use FireFox... I have had nothing but problems accessing MiVB 8 with IE.

this is still plaguing me periodically, in both IE and firefox.
Has anyone else come across this issue?

If you access the MCD web interface from another PC, do you see the same?

Just a few more things to try if you're getting desperate. Definitely seems like a browser issue.
Disable your local firewall on your machine and/or any anti-virus. You could also try opening a new browser window in "private" or "icognito" mode. I'm assuming you've tried accessing it from another machine already as well. I'd also check your browser security settings, maybe bump it down and test, could be blocking some javascript/CGI functions.
When all else fails, reboot your machine and/or the system. :)

If you are using windows 10 then there is a problem with the level that you disable your firewall as well. Turning it off in the easy to get at functions doesn't actually turn it off. You need to go to services in control panel and disable the service for the firewall there to turn it off completely.

incognito mode: same results
windows 7 computer: same results
Reboot workstation: same results
it's gone from periodic to every *CENSORED* time. I am not sure how to reboot it without having access to the console. Every time it loses power it loses the last 6 months of changes made to (don't even get me STARTED on that) so I don't want to just pull the cord on it.
is there terminal access via telnet or ssh or something?

- Ad the ipbx ip address in java parameters:
configure java --> security --> modify list --> add --> Https://xx.xx.xx.xx
Also you try to reload ESM , connect with putty RAW port (2002)
stop web server : ts WebServer
start web server : tr WebServer
check statut : i WebServer

It looks to be MCD version 8.0 and as far as I know Java is not used in this version any more (thanks God). I have no Java installed and for me it works just fine.

Has anyone else have had issues like this on IE 11 Windows 7? We don't have Firefox.
chris_s, are you getting the same web problem on a different 3300? If not, I also think that the hard drive might be giving up since your 3300 is losing data after a reboot.

I had hard drive replaced in both 3300 units and the issue has never come back
