Title: ACD Path to NuPoint mailbox

I have a DID 3000 that is and ONS port call rerouted to an ACD path of 3050. The ACD path cant be 3000 because I need to re-route it somewhere else during night1 and night2. I have my interflow on my ACD set to the pilot of the Nupoint, but when it overflows it just answers with the company greeting. I need this to go into a specific voicemail box. I have a voicemail box for both the ONS number (3000) and the ACD path (3050) but the call doesn't end up in either one of them. What am I missing???

When a call interflows out of the ACD there isn't any ID associated with the call. You will need to interflow to a dummy extension that is routed  always to voice mail
