Is there a way I can check a the history of a Mailbox. like when were the messages deleted. who deleted them, and when?

How do u want to know who delete the message from phone? Anybody who have access to the phone can delete the message if u dont have password.

Post by: ITOMAR on August 19, 2020, 04:27:35 PM: it''s a shared password. I was tasked to getting information on the mailbox, they deleted messages that we needed. Need to find out dates and times goiung back to yesterday 12 am.

Post by: bobr1 on August 19, 2020, 04:31:25 PM: You can look at the AVDAP logs from Admin and Diagnostics. They will show you the ext that deleted them and the time and date. I’m not sure how far back the logs go though, so you should do it soon!

We have:

MBG (Mobile Clients)
MiCC
MiCollab
vMBG (SIP Trunks)
MBG (SIP Trunks)

Then we also have 7 3300 controllers.
