Title: Alerting on MCS Softphone user

Is it possible to get the Laptop speaker to alert as well as the headset? If the user doesnt have their headset on and looking at the screen they don't know they're getting a call....

If you are using the new MiCollab PC client, you need to upgrade to 8.0 SP1.  It contains an updated client that allows ringing on both headset and PC speakers
