Title: UCX will not connect unless ping from client

Hello,

Have recently installed and have been testing UCX. I have an issue which i've had is making a connection between the PC and phone (5312/3300 ICP). The phone is PC connectivity has been enabled through the task bar setup.

The problem is that I have only been able to get UCX to connect when I have pinged the phone IP from the client. The connection with UCX remains available until the PC is rebooted. Has anyone else come across similiar issues or knows how to fix?
