A phone number seems to have disappeared from the list of available POTS numbers. But when we dial it it rings in to the receptionist.
-
What type of system?
What does the display on the receptionist say when you call it?
And to clarify, what do you mean by "disappeared from teh list of available POTS numbers"?

And to clarify, what do you mean by "disappeared from teh list of available POTS numbers"? The number is not in the routing table we need to reassign the number

Sorry I put the answers in under Ralph. NEWBEEE
The System is a Mitel 5000
The phone's (where the "missing" number rings) display shows the "missing" number.
The number is missing off of the routing tables and we need to reassign it to another extension.

I wanted to add that all the IP addresses are static.

Are these analog trunks? If so you assign the name in the analog trunk programming...
