I have issues registering a dect phone on MiVoice 400. The previous phone died and I have deleted it in the OMM created the a new phone with the same extension number and the phone subscribe without any issues . However, when the client logs in on the phone it comes out as not unavailable .
On the Event logs in the OMM , i got User access failure with Authentication failure .

for Authentication, make sure it is the user's PIN.
On the terminal (fresh outside the box): Dial FAC prefix and FAC user login code followed by the user number
(e.g.: *111563) --> Ok, then enter PIN (of the MiVO 400 user) --> Ok
The user is created automatically in OMM
OR
On the existing terminal: Click on Log in
Then enter the user number and click OK.
Finalise the login by entering the user PIN.

Thanks very Much for you help . However, I am not sure if the Client is doing something wrong . As as she put the user number and press ok , she get's not available . She doesn't get the option to enter the pin
