6900 aren't fully compatible with 250, lost a lot of features so i wouldn't even bother in all honesty, stick with the original phones.

Yes we take ours home in the event of snow, Port forwarding or have a VPN via router.

Hi,

The timeout is to transfer to a hunt group (If you point the DDI straight to the hunt group it works)

Yes there is an audiotex in there, which plays, but the call never transfers to the hunt group, whether that be by timeout or selecting an option.

They need a STAR for night mode, and you can only use CRA's within the STAR.

HI Guys,

Very odd one here feels like a firewall issue but don't have a clue how I prove this to the IT company.

Mitel 250 running 6.2 running 6 5610 DECT's, 1 Analogue Line, 6 SIP Trunks

We have just added SIP trunks (Gamma) to this system

When we point a SIP DDI straight to a hunt group/extension the call will be fine, as soon as we add a CRA / STAR the call will not connect, We can see the call going to the CRA on System Monitoring > Call Activity. But it seems to get stuck in the CRA then drops the call.

Any ideas? I have never seen this before.

Close and windows explorer windows that are open and try again.

Tried rebooting, and resetting to default, even swapped the phone out but still no luck,

These are IP phones.

I have a Mitel 250 with 12 5320e's.

We use a NTP for out time / date, One phone is showing a minute out of sync, where as the others are syncing fine, i have done a network sync and network time using feature codes, but nothing seems to get this working correctly, i have rebooted the phone, still showing a minute out , any ideas???

Hi Mitel heads,

Got a HX here that won't default, can't ping, it seems toast to me!

I have tried changing IP settings via LCD panel, Defaulting (Doesn't seem to do anything)

Any ideas?

Can this be achieved by USB?

I have had this issue a few times, only way i can get rid of it is to reboot the phone system. :/

No unfortunately not! I would suggest doing an upgrade as suggested by Mitel.

Hi,

This is just for the one user, i have copied / pasted from one working.

i have also swapped out the phone, problem stays with the user profile. I have recreated the profile, same problem.

Have even tried to swap the data port where the phone plugs into, has made no difference.

Its not an easy one, i think the next step may be upgrade  :-X
