From TDM to VoIP to Unified Communications Mitel has led the way for decades.

Good, question. I'll go for integration. In our company, CTI is important when it comes to lead generation especially turning the cold leads to warm leads. So I guess improving it and making sure we make the best of it would be our focus for this year.
