In the phone display settings, scroll to Screen Saver Timer and set this to 0 and save.

yes you will need to monitor the current file in qmail, the location for the file is /var/log/qmail/current

DHCP should work fine, just weird. I would do a network trace to see how DHCP is being handled.

In terms of the Advanced options then the phone guide indicates that these are not accessible by the user.

We only support NAT if the MBG element is in the DMZ. If you are running, all services on a single MiCollab, then the following will apply:-

1 x internal address (RFC1918)
2 x public address (one for HTTPS and the second for AWV Client)

Hope this helps

If you look in the device log of the port that is handling the call, the logging will indicate what the problem will be.

Hope this helps

Process is as follows:-

Using putty:-
1. edit /etc/e-smith/templates/opt/intertel/conf/sip_ims.ini/50Configuration set EnableFile=no
2. expand-template /opt/intertel/conf/sip_ims.ini

Use the following procedure to delete existing chat history from MiCollab Client Service.

1. Stop the SIPIMS service from the MiCollab Client Service diagnostic page.
- Go to the MiCollab Client Service configuration page and click the Perform Server Diagnostics under Diagnostics.
- Locate SIPIMS and click Stop.

2. Move all files from the /opt/intertel/data/imarchive directory.
You may want to move the files to /root by performing 'mv hab_ims_archive* /root'
from the /opt/intertel/data/imarchive directory. You can do this with PuTTY, but if there
are many files, you may want to use an application such as WinSCP.

- You can also delete the files from the PuTTY command line if you do not want to keep
the history.

3. Restart MiCollab Client Service

Hi Simons,

Welcome to the Mitel forum.

With the Mitel ACD there are two primary agent routing metrics, these are:
[2] - if skills are being used then it will route to the highest skilled agent that has been idle the longest.

Unfortunately, it will therefore not be able to perform the routing logic you would like.

The cleint option will only stop logging history to the local machine, but will still log on the server side. The is a process to turn off server side chat history, which I believe is now in the latest MiCollab 7.0 documentation on MOL.

To get more information, if you run the trace tool in the diagnostics tab which will capture a pcap and post the output that would be good

There are no settings in the MCD that can turn off those LED's. There is an option in the CoS regarding key lamps for logged out users, but this won't affect these mute/message key.

The outbound workflow should automatically check for the callbacks, so I don't know where you set this timer to check the SQL. Once it sees a callback it ill initiate the subroutine defined in the workflow. (Note this is as per IVR 7.1)

Can you post a pic on where you are setting this timer?

Thanks

If it is just the names being changed, then do this in the Telephone Directory using the CSV import for this form.

Depending on the programming they might be used elsewhere in the system. Instead of 'State Extension', do 'Locate Number' instead and it will hopefully provide more information.

I have tested this over SIP trunks in the UK and it is the CESID that is sent to the provider.

Although there is no embedded way in the system to perform this task, you can use either of the following ways:-

1-If you have a call logger, run a report on all extension that have had no call activity over a period of time.

2-Export the maintenance logs, which captures all hotdesk login and logout activities and use the excel export to filter the login attempts and cross reference these with the exported user and configuration form to identify which accounts have not logged in.
