Weird issue....When reprogramming a phone for a new user, the old extension is still showing even after they were removed from the system.  What I've found is that some old numbers & MACs are showing in the Programmed IP Telephones (under Maintenance), on the secondary MCD, but not the primary (where it was programmed on and deleted from).  And the same for Numbers/MACs on the secondary.  It appears I have a sync issue, however, how can I delete these entries?  There isn't an option from the Inventory, that I can see.

According to Mitel the server HDD's are presumed "bad".  Replacing, rebuilding VM server with latest backup, will append with results when complete.

When logging in to our NuPoint server I am redirected to a Server Error, and the page is stating "Mojolicious"; with a lot of code, can only assume it's HTML or PEARL.  I submitted a ticket with our 3rd Party vendor SunTel, as out of nowhere our server was no longer performing backups.  Once they started looking around is when I got this screen when logging in.  Has anybody had this happen to them before?

Problem RESOLVED!  Found out the user was hitting "#" after entering PIN, which sends them to the AA.  Wish I would have known that from the start!

Deleted the VM box, recreated, still generating same issue; after entering pin to box it redirects to the AA.  I've checked every setting on the MCD and NuPoint, I'm stumped.

Yea, that didn't work.  When pressing "3" it gave her an "Invalid Option".  I think at this point I'm just going to have to rebuild her VM Box.

User is actually trying to check her VM.  So I don't want to just delete it.

Weird issue I've never seen before.  I have a user with a 5320 IP Phone.  When she logs in to her VM it states how many messages there are, then immediately redirects her to the Company's Main VM/AA message.  I've checked every setting on the NuPoint, and MCD, but nothing is out of the ordinary.  Besides deleting her VM box and recreating it, is there a way to fix this?

I've retrieved my answer, and if anybody else is curious here it is:

Copy the following folder:  c:\user\%username%\appdata\local\mitel\5550 IP

This folder contains the Private and Shared BLF folders, along with a config folder.  All you do is copy that folder once the software is loaded to the new PC.

Need to perform a backup of the BLF on the 5550 IP Console [ver. 4.2.2.3], so in can install the software on a new PC and import accordingly.  Does any know how to perform said backup, or know where I can find the documentation?

That button that is flashing is the DSS/BLF for my extension.  So yes i can delete it buy clear my key on their phones.  But that doesn't resolve the issue.
