Title: Mitel 5360 IP phone

 ???  Recently upgrade a Mitel Sx2000 Light controller cards for, 2 x MXe 3300 system, running 6 per cabs, and 3 DSU. Everything seems to be working OK, apart from one 5360 IP handset. The device boots up and works as a phone OK but you can't use any of the touch button facilities.

Have upgrade phone software with nojoy?

Any idea's??

What version of software are you running on the 3300?

Check COS of phone for hci/cti/tapi call control & monitor these should be set to 'yes'

Its running MCD latest version and also COS are set to YES.

I have had to DOA one 5360 for the touch screen not working. The rest of the phone worked fine but it was like a connection wasn't made inside the phone. At MLP of $695 USD I wasn't about to take the thing apart straight out of the box.

Everything loads OK, the screen has all features, including screen savers. you can talk, transfer etc but the one touch keys don't work.

I've just ordered a replacement to see if sorts it out.

If you would have reported it to tech support they would have approved a replacement on it. Free next day air too.
