I have done the connections, set the form information, and rebooted the system, but still get no music when putting callers on hold.
I am unable to locate where I change my source from embedded to external

Ok, I found that I needed an ONS port and an adapter, which I also have.
I get music coming from the ONS port off my blocks, but hear nothing when placing a caller on hold.....
If looking at form 9...the port I used states mus, but still nothing.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300 AX System Admin Mailbox

I have a new install, and when I go to log into the system admin. mailbox to change the extension length, the system tells me that it is not configured to support this option.
I cannot log into the mailbox at all.  Any suggestions, ideas would be appreciated.

Does anyone know of a way to capture caller ID in a "general mailbox" when using Nupoint call flow and ACD name tag hunt groups?
All COS options are enabled, but nothing is captured in the mailbox.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300 AX and Call waiting with VM

Have a customer that would like to use call waiting if they choose when on a call vs. going to voice mail.
Is it an option to have both when using the embedded voice mail, and if so would one set this up in COS?
