Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Parking a call, park number increases indefinitely?

Curious if there is a way to set a range for the Parked Calls so we do not end up with, "John, we have a call parked for you on 2,672"    With some of the other systems out there, the park # resets after the call is disconnected going back to 1 or 01.    Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

MiCollab Calendar Integration - Why won't our appt's show up in MiCollab?   We are currently using Office 365.   Any tips or links you can direct my way or greatly appreciated.   See attachment, I have an appointment during the time of this screen shot.

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Contact Group's - Contacts under the groups disappears on ALL users

MiCollab Contact Custom Group's - Contacts under the groups disappeared on ALL users.   Is there a way to retrieve all those, or can we back those up some how?   I'm assuming they get backed up with MiCollab, however I really do not want to restore the entire server for contacts.   Any file locations I can check to see if there is still a file with the contacts there and/or how to import them in.
