I retired from our local ILEC 3+ years ago and last summer I got rid of my notes and books making room, as I was sure I was never going to do the programming gig again.
A few months ago, I was hired by our local county government IT dept to manage the MiVB systems and voicemails...most things I remember, but I can't seem to be able to find a prompt to change mailbox passwords from the admin MB.
Other services such as call flows, etc I find...am I missing a step somewhere?

Jim any reason you're looking to do it from the admin mailbox instead of the gui or terminal?
-
Yes there is...
Our Mitel system covers departments in a campus environment and in a couple of the locations, it is inconvenient to access the Mitel VLAN remotely from a few of those offices...however, if I had phone access to do quick resets on voicemail boxes (like you easily do with the MiVO) it would be great.
Now to the original question...

When you log into the admin box do you not here the admin options after pressing the * key?

"When you log into the admin box do you not here the admin options after pressing the * key?"...
Sorry for the delay in replying...
After I log into admin MB and press * I then get the option to administer templates, user call flows and line group call flows...that's all.
