If it's everyone, ask the carrier to mask your CPN, it takes a second for them.

Surprised they still didn't implement any way to automate this. I sometimes have to remove agents from more than 30 groups, it's an amazingly slow process.

We had this problem after a MXE upgrade with 5312 and 5324 phones. In the end they sent us a custom firmware for our TFTP and they ended up releasing a patch for the problem afterwards. I don't have the file anymore, but you should open a ticket with Mitel for this.

Not sure if you still need this, but posting it for future info:

We were unable to upgrade to the latest hotfix, but this workaround I found works ok:

- navigate to the CCC installer folder -> prereqs -> right click on offlinechocolatey.ps1 > run as administrator
- open an admin command prompt -> choco upgrade chocolatey --force-> accept install
- restart shell as admin
- run choco feature enable -n allowemptychecksums

Now you should be able to install without any errors.

Does the user have another IP device set up under his username?

Hi, they fixed this issue in MiCollab 7.2.1.8 if I'm not mistaken. Upgrade and download the new client and it should work.

8
Just in case anyone is checking this thread now, MiVoice for Skype for Business includes the right client with MiCollab 7.2.1.2 which will not throw the error "Lync is not installed".

Create a security profile and security list for that user, and add only the queues he should see/get reports from, and CCMWeb will respect that.

I know there has to be a better way, but what I'm using for now is going to MiCollab's MSL -> View Logs -> look for feedback_MICOLLABUSER_DATE.zip then download it.

Hi everyone,
I've been wondering if there's a better way to remove an agent from multiple groups at once. Going group by group, searching for the agent and removing him wastes a lot of time.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Thank you all, we're currently waiting for a second MBG license so we can cluster them as you recommend.

Hello,
Has any of you managed to run vMiCollab with teleworker/AWC successfully using a cloud provider such as Amazon EC2, Azure or VMware vCloud?

We're trying to do that and running into problems due to NATing, etc... and I'd love to hear about your experience.

Thank you!
Raul
