Title: MiCollab 7.2 sync with 3300 not syncing some phones

When I sync MiCollab 7.2 with 3300 MiVoice Business 7.2 some extensions don't show in the accounts.  I use the PBX Node Synchronizer and Default Feature Profile which I have set not to add any features.  If I try to add manually the desk phone never shows.
