When is MiCollab web there is a self deployment option but when you click on it to do so it says "Failed to self deploy user account. This feature is unavailable." Where do i go to enable this feature?
-
Under MiCollab client configuration, you should have a checkbox under Default Account Settings
*See attached image

Mine is already checked which is why I do not understand why it is not working. Is there something that needs configured elsewhere?

Restart the server

Will Restart Server tonight. Thanks again.
-
Even after rebooting I am still getting this.
-
Has the user account been imported and deployed in the MiCollab Client Deployment settings on the server? That has to be done first for the user to be able to do a self-deployment.
-
Yes this has been done and deployed as I can manually install MiCollab Application and run it from deployment. Just unable to do a self deploy which I would love to do.

Was this ever figured out?
I am facing the same issue.
-
Yes I was able to resolve by making sure box is checked under user to allow self deployment and also making sure user was added to MBG and then doing a sync in Micollab settings then import the new user under Micollab Client Deployment and once imported it allows you to do this.

A customer has asked if we can disable self deployment, if I untick this option under enterprise settings are there any other implications other then the option is removed from the micollab client?
Thanks
