Just to clarify as I think this needs to be in a different group... You mean the COR on the user/extension that is based on the Day/Night mode of the Mitel 3300 (MCD or MiVoice Business)?

Post by: acejavelin on October 28, 2017, 11:07:52 PM: This actually follows the system mode of the phone system... Whether in Day, Night 1, or Night 2 modes. This can be switched manually by any set with the proper COS option, the attendant console, a maintenance command, or automatically via the Scheduler application in Maintenance and Diagnostics of the phone system (MCD).

It is not a function of MiCollab (thus why I moved the discussion here).
