SIP On Mitel / 112 dect cordless phone

has anyone installed one of these yet? I have it programed as a SIP device on a 250, But it wont register?

does anyone know of a way to have the label of the trunk NOT show as 92001...etc.
It would be nice to see the phone # of the trunk, or line 1.

My first ? to this site.
mivoice 250, analog lines in. nothing special.
phantom ext is built, user is built, VM picks up when called internally. but not on trunk calls.
I watch the call via the SAD tool, the call is hitting the ext, but no VM picks up. any thoughts?
