I have three Contact Center Reports taken on different days with the same date range of August 1 to August 23rd 2022 and have different call stats on each report.

Why are the numbers changing on the same report,    they should be consistent.

Customer is using Advanced UM and is complaining about a 2 hour time delay.   Looking for Ideas on what this could be.

I believe it is an issue.   Customer does not have SWA currently.

The MBG received a Client Certificate from the Oaisys server and was approved but the expiry date did not change.

The site and a Primary and Secondary controller and the secondary controller is on a different subnet if a different building and the ports won't answer when called from the second location.

The Networks in the MSL has been edited to add the subnets.  There are no firewall between locations.

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Client Deployment

When deploying a user for MiCollab Client I get the message that it was successful but the user does not received the email.     The email serer is configured in the MiCollab and it is reachable.

In the deployU_current log I see this.    This uses softphone internal only so there is no Teleworker MBG with internet access.   What is a rs-token???
I can not ping mcdepl01.easydeploy.net from the server.

Software version 6.0sp3

The logs show every day at 9:30am the system does syncs the DLM to amc, then the Per Bay loses connection and eventually the per bay will come back on its own.


I also did a manual sync from the Group Licensing form and it took the per bay down.

I checked the Yoursite log and there was no mention of any emails sent,  nohting in the CCMWeb log either.

I checked all the email settings and they are all configured.

Looks like the SQL services would not restart after server reboot so the Call Recording services would not start either.

I found this error in the logs.

The SQL Server Network Interface library could not deregister the Service Principal Name (SPN) for the SQL Server service. Error: 0x13, state: 2. Administrator should deregister this SPN manually to avoid client authentication errors.

If you setup a report to be emailed in CCMWeb the email fails.

IN YSE the mail server is setup and the outbound test passes.

What log can I look at for email issues.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 3300 Auto Attendant .vox files

Where on the hard drive can I find the Auto Attendant Greeting .vox file on a 3300 release 7.   I can find mailbox files but not the 9999 mailbox file.

Mitel Software Applications / IVR ports not registering with the PBX

I have 20 IVR Ports and 5 will not register with the PBX.   All ports are set as Trusted in the PBX but 5 of them give me an error in the PBX logs that a Non-Trusted Device attempting to register when configured with Trusted Service.

we are using host names and I can ping the host name from the PBX and get a DNS resolution and a reply to my ping
