My Client's OIP Pc/server died unfortunately . I couldn't logon the PC as the hard drive is completed gone . I have run a new OIP on a new PC but I m have issues getting the office suite connecting.
The client can see the PC but stuck with no connection . I have also notice that the user account and the user profile has only the previous PC connection i.e. the IP address in the list . I am not sure what is stopping the connection . I have checked the ant-virus and the DNS .

Have you tried using the Office Suite installer that you download from your new OIP Server's webpage?

No. I downloaded one from the Mitel download centre .
