In my opinion the last feature-rich software release was v5.1 in 2011.  Since then there has been minimal development on the 5000/250.

This is ridiculous.  I could see requiring SWA if implementing an advanced Mitel application- ACD, Call Recording, IVR, etc.  Mitel poaching the dealers' customers is not right.

CAT C is also for 770.4500/4600 and IP SLA.  Obviously Sales Engineering will deny A and D licenses are interchangeable.  They want to sell more licenses.
