Title: Echo on CO calls MiVoice Office 6.2

I have a customer with 8 Charter Voip analog Lines....getting a little echo and DTMF not working well.  What test do I need to run?  Do the lines test against themselves?

We have run into Charter DTMF issues in the past, and in our area there is a known issue with it.

Have you checked the lines prior to the system?

BlackSunshine,

Have you setup and run your Loop Loss and Hybrid Balance Tests on all of your Loop Start Trunks? I can't think of any site where we have Charter where those have been an issue.

I was going to run both test but the test says to enter the number for testing...Charter tech says they have no test tone number....thats why I asked if they can test against themselves

BlackSunshine,

Just have the Loop Loss Test dial any digit [7 for example] this will give you what should be close to 0 db silence on the line. As for your Hybrid Balance setup you will need to know what they are providing.

Mitel has my 250 set up to send diagnostics as it happens again
