Title: Headset 5320

How do I hang up the phone when I'm in headset mode on the Mitel 5320? If I press the x button, it goes into feature mode. I have tried picking up the handset and hanging it back up, but that doesn't work either. The call will end when the person on the other end hangs up, but if it's on of those recorded sales calls how do I hang up?

Press the speaker button. It acts like the hookswitch when in headset mode so it answers and hangs up the calls.

In newer versions you can also program a 'Release' key.

Thank you soooo much. It doesn't tell you that in the owner's manual.
