I setup phone manager mobile on an iPhone6 and so far it is working well. With one little twist. The person that is using the iPhone is hard of hearing and has hearing aids that connect using bluetooth to the phone. They can answer calls on the iPhone and they can have a conversation, which is great, however when this happens it mutes any room noise. The problem is that when the call completes, the room noise is not unmuted. The user has to stop the phone manager app which unmutes the hearing aid and then they restart the app for the next call.

Any ideas?

If a call answered by an Operator phone and then transferred to a phantom extension (Parked) the extension that does the reverse transfer to pickup that call does not see that call in their call history as an answered call. If the call is transferred the call shows in the call log/history as an answered call.
Anyone have an idea how to get around this problem?
