Title: busy lamp field groups on Mtiel 5550 console

Hi.

our receptionists are trying to create their own busy lamp field lists from the console but not everyone is showing up there, in fact only a small percentage of users are shown there.

is this something that's turned on per device/extension - if so, how do I do it?

The set has to be monitored as a DSS/BLF station somewhere in the system.

Usually I set up a phantom PKM on the switch room phone and put the appearances there as dss/bfl non ring.

Each extension needs to be listed in the remote busy lamp field, which is under users & devices -> group programming -> Remote Busy Lamps.

Once in there restart the console and you should be able to add them to the BLF's.
