Internal forwarding inquiry

Hi,

 is there any way to transfer an extension to another extension and leave a message on the destination extension that was forwarded to in case of busy/no answer?

like transfer ext 300 to 301 and if busy/no answer to leave a message in the 301 voicemail box?
