At one of our customer we have deployed Mxone 6.2 Sp1 hf0 rc8, which is integrated with 3rd party sip extension based voicemail system.
Issue : Broken tone/Special tone is not getting enable on analog extension after storing voicemail msg
1.We are able store voicemail mail msg on analog extension. But at user end , once cannot hear any special broken tone..which notify user some voicemail is store.
2. If from analog extension if I dial voicemail number, I can hear stored messages.
Initial we thought voicemail system is not sending MWi code I.e. *31*extension#
But voicemail is working properly on Mitel Sip phone, even MWI is working fine.
What parameters need to check so that in analog phone special dial works, after storing voicemail.
