Find Unused COS
« on: June 12, 2017, 11:14:53 AM »
Is there a command to find unused Class of Services? We have many years' worth of use on some systems (upgraded over time) and I'm sure, via attrition, that some have gone by the wayside.

If there is not a command, how would you go about the search?

I should clarify: I am looking for COS that are programmed in Class of Service Options, but not assigned to a user/trunk/group.

Don't know of a command but you can export the station attribute assignment form, Independent account code and trunk attribute assignment. Then use excel to do vlookups or something similar...
