Hello all!
I'm new to the forum and fairly new to Mitel. Our local rep came and trained me on the software and installed it on my machine. However, I've since upgraded my machine and didn't have a copy of the install files. My vendor wants to charge me a service call to come install the software on my machine, which I find to be a bit much. Is there someway for me to get it OTHER than to pay for a service call?
Thanks much. We're running a Mitel 5000 with 6.0.9.61.
P.S. I can get to the system login via a web browser, but the normal login credentials don't seem to work. Might this be an option that needs to be turned on? Also, is the functionality of the web portal the same as the software?
