Mitel 5624 DND not working

Hi

We have programmed the correct shortcodes in the programmer and it talks to the  3300 and we can see on the 3300 that the DND is on or off for the extension but when you dial the 5624 ext it still rings.  Other call services do work like Call pickup.  And all other users have same COS and all can use the DND buttons or feature code and it works fine

Any ideas what we are doing wrong,

let me be sure I understand.
In maintenance you can see that ext XXXX is in DND but you can still call it?

Is there any chance that you can swap the phone out for a 53XX just long enough to test with it?

Have tried with 5212 and dnd works fine.
When we dial *5 on the 5624 it shows on the DND on the 3300 that its ON and the #4 takes it off  but the 5624 can still be called when its on

If you do a "locate Feature XXXX" in maintenance does it show DND?

I think DND is done on the 5624 NOT on the system.

I have it set up on my phone and works fine as said in previous post, I had to program 2 navigation keys (Left and Right) from the shortcut menu to select on and off and selected DND on and off from the call services

Ok when i hold the handset i can dial the feature codes and by all accounts the handset (well extension should be in DND  but i can still call it.  I log onto the 3300 and can see that dialing the feature codes on the handset does show in the DND page that it is on and then of.. But i can still dial the handset???

You need to set the DND using the call services function on the HANDSET NOT the 3300. Its a SIP device so the features are not controlled by the 3300 but the device. One of the functions in call services on the handset is DND (see post by Boycey9 just above).

I did this.  Using the programmer you have to define the feature code for the call services which we have done
