Mitel MCD3300 Mxe with SX2000 Peripheral Nodes

we have a messy IDF and MDF need to trace the extension and cleanup with proper labeling, there are around more than 300 extensions. can some body let me know the best possible way with minimum time to trace and label the IDF/MDF

using Mxe with 6 - SX 2000 nodes

What kind of blocks do you have?
66?  110?  BIX?
You'd start by labeling them with the PLIDS.
