Dial Into Directory

I'm new to the whole Mitel world... but I am looking for a way to route a number straight into the directory without requiring a user to push a menu option.  Any suggestions??

Create an application in the Voice Processor that plays no greetings.  In the digit translation, set the timeout value to Company Directory (either first name or last name).

Then, point your DID number to that application!
