Operator Extension only rings once

Yesterday I corrected an issue we had when a caller dials the outside number it was associated to the incorrect extension (warehouse x1001, should have been x1000). I made the correction to the operator x1000. Now the Operator line only rings once and then forwards to VM. How do I correct this to allow x1000 to ring more than once?

FYI, x1000 is the attendant (i'm referring to it as Operator because we used to have an Operator using the attendant console on this extension)

Most likely the main calls do not normally ring directly to the x1000 but to a Hunt Group that x1000 is in. Look at other numbers that ring x1000 and see where they go.

The issue is that x1000 has its system forwarding to go directly to voice mail, which is what is causing the issue.

The phone unit was bad, It would reset upon a ring in...completely power down and then power up and look for DHCP again. I have since replaced the unit and no issues exist. Thank you for your suggestion
