Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a call history bug or maybe I am missing something. I have call notification setup on several phones to display all information on the screen. When someone calls it does display the person's info but when they hang up the last person who called details doesn't stick around like it used to.

Are you talking about the systray icon?
 
Co-incidentally, I've got users asking me about this. I think something happened in Windows recently that broke the systray icon?

Have you recently upgraded the system?
It is apparently a new "feature"

Yep they changed the feature. Now you have to program a call history key, the user has to press that then scroll through to see their missed calls. The notification window is no longer "sticky" as it used to be.
