add second line to 5360

hi can anyone help, we are using a mitel 5360 in sip mode and want to add a second line (actually four in total). they need to be four separate extensions ie 7001, 8001, 9001 etc. when we try to add it as line 2 etc it says line must be associated with primary user? if we add it as a shared line it works incoming but cant dial out.
any help appreciated

How are you trying to add them? (key system, single line, etc)
